Itinerary

Day 1 · Marrakech – Aït Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Over the High Atlas to Aït Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate, then to the Dades Valley for the night.

Day 2 · Dades – Todra Gorge – Merzouga

Todra Gorge in the morning, arrival in Merzouga and sunset camel ride to the desert camp.

Day 3 · A full day in Merzouga

Sunrise in the dunes. 4x4 tour around Erg Chebbi: nomad families, the village of Khamlia and its Gnawa music, the old market town of Rissani. Free afternoon for sandboarding or an optional quad ride. Second night in the desert.

Day 4 · Merzouga – Draa Valley – Marrakech

Drive back through N'Kob, the Draa Valley and Ouarzazate to Marrakech.
